Another lesson I'm learning as I earn my dues in OTC is that anything that has been hyped to death on twitter is going to draw sellers. So, a news pop is practically guaranteed to be a sell-off UNLESS there is a retail run that is too strong. But, there isn't because it's been promoted for weeks and everybody's already bought in. Nothing left to push the run.
