It's in the filings. "The number of shares of the registrant’s common stock issued and outstanding as of August 12, 2020 is 1,089,088,573."
IGEN had 1,056,629,366 OS as of 08/03/2020.

That's 32,459,207 shares. Not bashing my own stock, just saying it's there, and so is the manipulation. It's just maybe sometimes it is actual dilution, and sometimes it's manipulation. The manipulation is the end of day action and the bid pulling and spread widening during the day when it starts to run. The dilution is when it takes those dives and time & sales show blocks, like 1 mil or 10,000, etc.

The good news is the AS is 1.49 billion so when this gets maxed out we get another run. That's probably in the future six months or so.
