I Heard from Melissa today, No Chit
Emailed IR@abmc.com at early this morning in reference to the Delayed 10 Q

Got a response from Melissa herself,

"The Company does expect to file the Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2020 shortly after the extended filing deadline."

Didn't learn much but did give reassurance 10 Q "Shortly"

As in any minute!
