Why didn't Auctus buy it if it were so valuable? Sit down, take out a pen and paper, and I'll tell you. When Desmaris first loaned money to the company, they gave him lien rights to their IP (intellectual property). From then on, any other lenders were subject to the ability of the company to raise money, without any ability to collateralize any loan. In the bankruptcy, the lien rights of Desmaris will be either satisfied or dismissed, and from then on any and all companies desiring to lend money to the company will stand on equal footing.
I believe that that ONE SINGLE MISTAKE by the company put them in an untenable position without any leverage to obtain advantageous loans from then on. Bankruptcy became the only real solution. Until AUCTUS stepped in. In the bankruptcy proceeding, the lien rights of DESMARIS will be done away with one way or the other, and in that way the company will start absolutely afresh, having 3+ additional years of research under their belts. The future is BRIGHT!
