You will lose all your money in my opinion with this garbage. Looks like the Judge appointed an Exterminator to the case - never a good sign in a Chapter 11 case where the Trustee already wants it dismissed. Furthermore, if you look at their July financials you will see they not even close to making any money to pay bank creditors. This thing has class action written all over it!
