NETE/Mullen-deal questionable if NETE falls below $6 imo.

The NETE/Mullen deal was priced at $450 million - 50 million shares based on NETE's 18 Aug close at $9.

More shares at lower NETE price, up to max 75 million shares.

If NETE drips below 6, then even w/ max 75 million shares issued the value of the deal would be dropping and my guess is Mullen has an out-clause or renegotiation in-place.

RXMD seems to be waiting to see where these ballz-in-the-air will land.

Unless... RXMD is working 'deals' that have nothing to do w/ NETE.
