diamond_dog, I don't think you can buy a penny stock in a Roth IRA but if you can buy it.

Bush wants to eliminate capital gains and dividend taxes. I am hoping he can do this before he leaves office. I sold my IRA this year and will be paying penalties and income tax. I have invested the money in XKEM.

The way I see it, I am better off paying capital gains tax which is about 10-15% on my gains than pay ordinary income tax which could be up to 49%!
