GOVT discriminated against shareholders !

For many years the GOVT discriminated against
both private sector common holders and JPS.

They paid out dividends to GOVT owned shares
but at the same time private investors were not allowed
to be paid dividends.

That’s Discrimination not matter what those idiots
wrote in HERA.
