On the First order of action Yes, we will receive a Dividend of (1) C Share for every 5000 shares owned.....that is the 5% GIFT

On the Second, That is a decision to make as an Individual, 1 C Share for every 250 Common Owned in the exchange....I need to learn a bit more between now and the 18th...
