Very well said. Prospects for fmcc common stock are excellent.

We would still see 600% to 1800% SP appreciation under that worst case scenario almost overnight then equity values rise as fully capitalized FnF means lots of cash per share just sitting in da bank. After that dividends are announced while FnF expand and a steady stalwartly uptrend ensues providing many here today with revenue streams they'll never sell in their lifetime.
I don't know how many people that would be exactly but it will be a lot. Preferred on the other hand will cut and run if they manage to double as Bove predicts
