It looks like the judge is going to approve their Plan of Reorganization as the judge/court approved today their Amended Disclosure Statement.

So is it possible that the court hearing can be cancelled and the court can take a decision earlier than SEP 10 based on all the filings since the court approved the "Amended Disclosure Statement".

Just curious. If that happens then we go north very fast,
