BRTXQ Definitely Confirms Uplist to NASDAQ after Reorg...

After BRTXQ emerges from bankruptcy as planned on its effective date in September 2020, BRTXQ intends to become current with its securities filings, maintain itself as a publicly traded company and seek to become up-listed onto the NASDAQ stock exchange.

BRTXQ and Auctus is behind the Joint Reorganization Plan for BRTXQ to emerge out of bankruptcy. They would not risk trying to create some kind of a pump and dump to the the judge to make up something that they believed were not true and factual. If they have in the plan for them to go to the NASDAQ, then I believe them.

They will also further seek to raise additional financing, pursuant to Section 5.2 of the Plan, to proceed with clinical trials for its ThermoStem™ Program and for BRTX-100 program as indicated below on Page 18 below that's on file with the court.
