There is no logic for the commons to remain intact in this reorganization. They don’t have to, and the standing O/S is dilutive to new investment, which this company has to have in order to do the phase 2 trial approved 3 years ago. The only reason to leave that equity standing is if someone/company had a whole lot of it to sell.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
