BRTXQ--Let me address this now so that everyone can understand one thing.

The share holder ballot tabulation will occur tomorrow, later in the day. As all ballots were due by tomorrow. That being said, the tabulation will likely NOT be revealed until Thursday or Friday.

Other points relative to this are as follows:

1) Auctus Fund, who has the majority is proposing this motion, thus and therefore, they are obviously going to support their own motion. That assures this share holder ballot result is ostensibly pre-determined.

2) If point #1 doesn't work for you, how about the fact that every other share holder has no other viable option, but to support this proposal and vote, yes. Unless you believe that people somehow desire to shoot their foot off to spite the company.

3) BRTXQ is under NO obligation to issue an update detailing the aforementioned. More than likely, after the ballots are tabulated, again the result is already known, they will file with the BK court as the judge will want all of the information heading into the 9/10 hearing. So we may not actually get a PACER filing detailing the final results until late Thursday or Friday.

THE RESULT IS ALREADY KNOWN FOLKS. COMMON SENSE. FOCUS ON THE HEARING ON 9/10 AND WATCH THE WHOLE PLAN COME TOGETHER.
