That is not a disclaimer from PACV’s filings. The Receiver came to that conclusion during his investigation into TCA’s assets. It has nothing to do with the SEC or investing, and everything to do with the current state of the company.

The fact is: the payments were reduced to avoid a default. If you believe that the court documents contain falsified information, then feel free to file a complaint. But that is what it says. Period.

So, you’ve witnessed a public company’s majority debt holder get convicted of fraud? Interesting. I’ve never actually seen a situation like this before. I’d appreciate if you could provide another example...
