That's exactly what I was thinking. But if you look at it, it's win/win situation for Jim. I guess I would do it too :)

BTW, where did you get 7 mil from? Hasn't the O/S gone up by 22 million? I know all but 8 are restricted but someone got them. I think Jim got way more than 7 million shares for his 49%.

Wait till they close, "if" they close, the other 51%. How many will Summus get? Will Dan hold them? With an A/S of over half a billion Jim has a lot more he can "dish" out.
