we all know that in a litigious society suits are easily wagered. attorneys (no disrespect to my good friends) are waiting to take orders like drive-thru attendants at mcdonalds. make a few calls, file some papers and the process begins. granted, some come to fruition. however, in my experience (and i've been there) i feel that this is a "small stakes" matter. for my money, sevu will be fine. it's certainly a distraction, but, can be tolerated. i'm more interested in what they're doing with the product and their business plan. i sense we're about to get some idea. happy investing.
