What other companies are you talking about? I have been in a bunch of reverse mergers with Joe Arcaro as the lead on them and this is done every time...AS up first them control block issued right before deal. He usually issues the control block to himself as the custodian, then turns it over to the new owner wants done. There’s no custodian here so this is the way they are doing it.
