It is true what he says. Amaz has not given up they are settling things as we speak hence Sept 8th. Not saying we will get news that day but I will be able to hopefully tell everyone what was discussed in court as I will be listening in. Again Amaz is working out a deal with people that were suing them and it wasn't recently it was 4 years ago this happened. My opinion bankruptcy was used to make the suing parties agree to some type of payment plan or they get nothing. This is good news that they have not bailed on us and they do not plan on it.I also heard that they are looking for financing from the government and this would be good news no bankruptcy and pps rise again and hopefully financials come out to this to. My other question I ask myself if Amaz is not filing for bankruptcy then why is Torchlight in Amaz office answering their phones, and Torchlight also came out with a pr that they will be getting a partner and guess who worked for Torchlight Andrew. IMO again Amaz doesn't file bankruptcy because they have to partner up and pay off the other parties to clear any claims against them and once all that is done then they partner up with Torchlight, also they put shares out in the DTC that can be used for 1 or 2 things 1)new shares for incoming partners or 2)They got the loan from the government and those are for the government. I could be wrong. I will follow up with everyone Tuesday afternoon from what I find out.
