Dazed & Confused

I just do not get it anymore, why no new 5% owner, who would by at $.01 unless trying to average down, why no financing with test plant reassembly started, why has the coal miner who had interest in CCTI not take a position, why does company not respond to share holders, what happened to all the contracts, Why ?. I guess I am just Dazed & Confused ( I am sorry but I just can not get excited about the price only losing 5% when we could see another 250 million shares added to dilution, do the math )
