Just listened to the JETMF CEO zoom meeting. He has an idea to spin off Canada Jetlines as it's own company. Current shareholders would be given shares of this "new" company and retain shares of the current company Global X...interesting update from him. He made it sound like he needs to get this approved by the board. He thinks it would benefit both companies in the long run to spin off Canada Jetlines. Sounds like they are planning not only tour flights but trying to get into cargo flights using specific aircraft. Sure hope they can make the start up...last year was a bust. I am still not willing to take the loss just yet....hoping they can at least start up and bring in some revenues.
