Same as when you go to a restaurant and they've sold out of their special of the day... it disappoints you to the point that it leaves a bad impression of that restaurant to you. Same here. If you go to order, and they are SOLD OUT... not good for business. Best to have PLENTY in stock before you run your sale... that's just good Business 101.
