As we all know, there has been a problem with the communications. PT feels he has to predict and be optimistic when it is not necessary. In a phone call with him, in late 2019 I believe it was, I brought this up with him. Being in start up stage and with all the start up problems (normal) they experience or could experience, maybe it would be prudent to not make material statements in a mood of optimism that may not come true. His response was that ".....if I believe something, sincerely believe in the future of MXSG I am going to put it out." I am not one to automatically assign bad intentions to people when they make mistakes. I believe there is reason to be cautiously optimistic about MXSG future and I am hanging on to my shares. I am giving him the benefit of doubt seeing how he and the crew have worked so hard to bring the operation this far and persevere thru all the hick ups and issues. Just wanted to pass along this insight I picked up from that call. Most important, investors have a responsibility to take the Cautionary and Forward looking statements seriously.
