What delay(s)? They delayed the merger one time, and that seems to be a good thing for us with all they have going on. I would rather they roll in a LARGE book to bring instant value than roll in with 'possible' deals.

Impatience will not be rewarded here. We are 1 month away from 4th quarter......my guess we get this done in October as deals like this will not happen during Holidays. So focus...this one is a life changer IMO.
