Basically with more states legalizing recreational use we can be seeing a modern day gold rush.

This isn’t a new concept but AG has def set its self up for the very possible rush; COVID and this new age of social distancing with Zazz machines and with growing and setting up shop in AZ. If I recall the prop for legalized recreational use missed a legal vote by 50%. Phoenix I know for a fact has gotten even more progressive with the all the CA residents fleeing, same for TX.
