It also plainly states the following in the S-1A:

"Each Purchase Warrant will have an exercise price equal to the per share public offering of our Units"



So they will have the EXACT SAME PRICE. If the share price of the offering is $5.25, then the exercise price of the warrants will also be $5.25.
