Special Meeting to adjust Share-Structure:

APEX popped on my LOW-FLOAT screen: A/S 10 Million, O/S 5.6 Million.

But reading latest filings I see this: Special Meeting of stockholders to be held August 31, 2020:

1. to increase the number of authorized shares of common stock of Apex from 10,000,000 to 25,000,000; and

2. to effect, on or before December 31, 2020, a reverse split of Apex’s issued and outstanding common stock and the number of shares of our common stock reserved for issuance upon exercise or conversion of any outstanding securities, including options, warrants, restricted stock units and our Amended and Restated 2013 Plan, at a ratio of between 1-5 and 1-15 if and when and at such ratio as may be determined by Apex’s Board of Directors.

Still interesting, and chart is constructive, but will continue to watch.
