Big Brass Bulls

Can be a term used to relate to some shareholders stance on their RLF AG holdings. Many have bought and held their RLFTF shares a while ago but there is one group of RLF AG shareholders that doesn't seem to get mentioned here often. That group would be Rem. (who has an extensive background as an analyst specializing in the medical field) and GEM which is self described 3.4B investment group.

"Rem" the analyst saw the potential of what Mondo Pharma had held and what RLF now had the IP rights to far earlier than any of us. He realized this drug which already recieved US and EU approval for serious respiratory illnesses had potential. Then some bigger players came in, GEM. With a 600m commitment that would be 1/6 of their holdings they were putting on the line for a significant majority stake in RLF AG. These earliest RLFTF investors know about big brass bulls surely.

You need to understand what GEM is and what they do as it is a defining element that controls how this ends. They acquire and sell, period. Using the black-scholes method it was pointed out to me the 50.3 significance of the value of GEM's holdings and warrants. They also put out a very public "Company for sale" sign on the 8/26 that showed off the clean balance sheet and that GEM is in control.

They have no desire to run a pharma company nor will they dribble their RLFTF shares to the public slowly. They know what that have and that approval is basically undeniable. Once they see that approval and some really solid potential for even more would be my hypothesis as when that will occur. They may pull the trigger and sell but the to whom, the when and the for how much will allude us all for some time. There are even starting to be clues about that. When, to who, for how much...

Now, I understand many here are very enthusiastic about anecdotal stories, events etc that they might think they can possibly even change the RLF-100 Approval & Eventual company sale but can tell you they will not. Following day by day 1 patient, trying to generate RLFTF PR via political reachout and even petitions will not change what is coming. Think about is this way: You have hitched your wagon to GEM and the NueroRX dream team. Just hold tight and enjoy the ride.

Enjoy life to the fullest since we each only have a finite amount of time here, your RLFTF investment will take care of its self and be very profitable. For some, their RLFTF postions might be their first taste of new found wealth. I would stress that when that occurs to remain humble in every aspect such as your assets and investment knowledge. After this RLFTF story ends, remember this will not always be the case with every play and the odds are that you are not the absolute "best" at anything because of what is going to occur with RLFTF.

When I engage with various online communities every crowd is different as is the case with RLFTF shareholders. The groups talking about biothermal powered devices, solar desalination, tidal power generation etc are all distinct much like the RLFTF shareholders I see and sometimes engage with. One thing I seem to have noticed about RLFTF shareholders is they seem to like a good story, so here goes my RLFTF parable:

There was a pair of big brass bulls on a hill. An old RLFTF bull and a young RLFTF bull. The young bull noticed the old bull staring at a bunch of new RLFTF generated money down in the meadow. The young bull got very excited jumping up and down and said to the old RLFTF bull "Lets RUN down there and get us some of that new RLFTF money!!!" The old bull, continued to chew his hay for a bit and then said to the young RLFTF bull "How about we WALK down there and get ALL of that RLFTF money"

Cheers,
JB
