Accounting wise, I agree on DTAs. But what Calabria said is also correct... that DTAs considered to be capital on a deferred or retained earnings basis is voodoo math in times where earnings are negatively diminished or nonexistent.

He's right. He is also Judge and Jury on the capital rule.
