Rinek, why I believe no reverse split with BRTXQ...

If BRTXQ had any plans of doing a reverse split, such would have been within the ballots that were sent to shareholders so that we would vote on it since such would be a material event. It wasn't sent and since the vote is due next week, I believe that they are not going to be doing a reverse split.

If everything work out as planned with their FDA Phase II approved stem cell procedure, then I can definitely see how BRTXQ can eclipse that $1.00 per share price. Read the logic that was posted below that might help you see why some of us believe such:

Again, why no reverse split... they don't send out ballots for shareholders to vote on something that is not there. There is nothing at all within the reorganization plan regarding an execution of a reverse split. If it was even a thought for being on the table, it would have been within the plan for us to vote on it.
