FMV of just over $0.05 based on last year's earnings and a P/E of 30, which is the standard for the advertising industry. Covid affected their earnings for the first 6 months but I anticipate this year's Q3 & Q4 to be better than last year's if for no other reason than their on-going quarterly payments from the lawsuit.
