If the increase in AS is approved at the special meeting tomorrow, which I am betting it will be, this will be a big + for them. It will provide them with the capital they need to go forward with their growth plans and do so without any substantial dilution. The + for shareholders for them to have this capital they need far outweighs the - effects of any dilution from the share increase. Their recent buyout of Lineagen and their recent hiring of very experienced and talented people for key positions show that this company definitely has its sights set on substantial growth. If the AS increase is approved, I don't see anything standing in their way. I truly believe that once this company "clicks" with investors, it will happen very quickly and the move in the stock will also be very quick and sharp. So if you like the potential here, you really should go ahead and throw a few $ at it. If I'm right about my "click" theory, then anyone holding it now could double their $ or more with one + PR.
