I wonder how much “private placement” money is essentially gone with the wind. ? Considering the efforts made to elicit those funds it must be a tidy amount. And how do the holders of the worthless paper feel about being fleeced ? Strangely there haven’t been that many complaints posted. A very willing and compliant
bunch of investors, some waiting ten year for an ROI.
