Here's the paragraph directly from the plan. It clearly shows it is the creditor's decision and it is either 100 shares of stock per dollar or, if that creditor loans them more money, a convertible note.

The 100 shares of stock won't change unless they change the plan.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
