Here's the thing...the failure to file SEC reports does NOT preclude that large investors exist. They do exist. And everyone in the small group with large positions who has not filed knows this.

And by knowing this, they also know that shorts exists.

Now, what I find interesting is that convincing shareholders who themselves are large shareholders who haven't filed that they don't exist and so therefore should sell their shares...is pretty absurd.
