No, what it says in that paragraph is that the value given to each secured creditor will change, not the amount of stock they get. If the price goes up, they surely get more value. In order to change the number of shares they get, they'd have to change the plan, because it is very clear 100 shares per dollar.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
