In the reddit interview he said over several months. The current AP is twice the AR. Unless they get orders prepaid there is not enough cash to start buying immediately. Maybe in 2 to 4 weeks if unstated money arrives. They've still got a serious debt load according to the 10Q.
Strange that their inventory hasn't changed since 12/31/19. I suspect very fudged numbers all around.
