Reiterating SPORTY's post from few days back.

They cannot adulterate the share structure with the Q.
They cannot dilute, they cannot RS, they cannot do anything.

Also, because I know some will claim the day after the BK hearing that they can.

THEY CANNOT. THE Q STAYS ON FOR 30 DAYS AFTER THE BK. THEY CANNOT TOUCH THE SHARE STRUCTURE UNTIL SOMETIME IN OCTOBER, AT THE EARLIEST.
