Dew CVX'x recent SEC filing shows resurging their Permian Basin assets and I think folks need to also pay attention to another Permian Basin asset holder in production. increasing revenues and no debt on books (PED), though smaller Operator, who is trying to make major acquisition thereto, which possibly, may then make them an attractive buy-out proposition to CVX in future. Look into PEDEVCO/Avalon./Montare,LLC situation going on right now. Getting very interesting indeed...
