The wording on this article is odd. But to me sounds like pines was leaving probably because of neurorx anyways. Contract was being terminated from a broader review before this all happened. The hhs also said they moved to quickly terminating the contract. Could go either way honestly. The original termination for contract was a broader review . Maybe rlf100 and neurorx. They are going to save their butts looking like they did DD on approving it with out him directly involved in the decision making. Clean hands for all parties. That's how I see it.
