Its not common sense. It's your opinion. Let's say they do get the money to do the last tests and bring the filings up to date. You know for a fact Stapleton and Antol will sell their shares at 10-15 cents? How do you know this? Has either of them told you this, or even implied it to you? This property becomes infinitely more desirable with the bulk tests done and showing positive values. And with the gold there, ECPN won't have to "buy" a JV partnership with a bad deal.

But at this point it's all moot until they get financing.
