Exactly. These OTC shit companies play this game all the time.

They claim "all notes paid off", but conveniently forget to mention the new notes used to pay them off.

Aaaaaaand, they also claim "no more dilution" while the toxic lenders are still holding hundreds of millions (or sometimes billions) of shares, and then unsuspecting traders get hosed because they were told "dilution is over" while the toxic lenders continue to dump in mass.

Nonetheless, I bought lots of shares here this week. Hoping they ease up on the conversions hitting next week.
