I'd like that. I'm watching. I was in when this stock paid a .25 divvy.

Waiting for the right time to get back in. But what in the real estate/Mall market makes you think now is the time? What is going to wake up the malls? What is going to increase tenants now? What is going to increase physical retail locations now? Where is that growth going to come from?

I guess I'm just not seeing it yet.......
