Wenr Corporation (WNRC) Announces Reinstatement From Dormancy

Discussions being held with privately-owned application software firm



NEW YORK & CULVER CITY, Calif. - Nov. 25, 2019 - PRLog -- Wenr Corporation would like to announce the Company's revitalization through a privately-owned company well established in the application software industry having a primary focus on security utilizing SAAS (Software As A Service) technology.

Over the next few months, Wenr Corporation (WNRC), will begin the reinstatement process to bring the company current.  Originally founded in 1979, Wenr Corp had held a strong presence the industry.  Due to unforeseen circumstances, Wenr Corp became dormant.  While still being publicly traded, the business structure remains intact and ready to proceed with this new venture.

The privately-owned company, with over 2,500 customers in 60+ countries, and having 3 locations in the United States, has rec'd over $120M in private funding for further security SAAS development within the past year.

Upon completion of negotiations, the agreement is expected by 2nd quarter, 2020. Both parties respectively are withholding the details of the agreement at this time.
