Thank you Here Today. I have just messaged Leo and inquired about either a trial or compassionate use. I said that if there is any possibility I would like his guidance on who should contact whom to get the ball rolling.

Sorry Tduggan for not getting back. I would think you can have your son-in-law’s doctor apply and get the Right To Try law and get the sachets. They will need to fill out the paperwork.

But you can also start by sending Leo an e-mail or calling the office # and try speaking with him directly. He is very polite to speak with.

Wish for a speedy recovery for your son-in-law.

When my father has chemo and radiation for stage 4 colon cancer, I also spoke to Memorial Sloan Kettering about the sachets in case he would develop any issues. Thankfully he only experienced the other side effects of the chemo and radiation and not also the OM. That would probably have not been good since he had lost a lot of weight.
