Calabria still has to work with the GSE's directly. I still see them holding some sway with regard to the finalization of the capital standards, if they make it clear that raising enough through PO to meet the proposed rule is untenable.

And then of course, we still have SCOTUS to rule on the matter.

In any event as you say, we will find out what the final capital standards will be soon enough now.
