Sent off questions yesterday to IR and received this back I address to Crabtree but don't believe he is the one answering these questions. Not sure who answered these

Pay attention to question 2 and its answer. This is why I say management has no idea whats going on or happening.

Mr Crabtree

Question 1. We received word from a poster that said Hildago consent form is waiting on a global doctor that’s on vacation. Hildago supposedly having trouble with the wording. Can you tell me if that’s a true statement you gave to another person.


Answer: Dr. Crabtree has no knowledge of that which you infer. To intimate that Dr. Hidalgo has trouble with the English language borders on the ludicrous.



Question 2. Also the SMMG PR put out about 3 weeks ago indicated that The coming week which would have been 2 plus weeks back that Hildago had to write consent form he and his staff. And we had to hire CMO which has been done and announced. Is the consent form not done and turned in.

Answer What consent form?


Question 3. Sir in all due respect the SH keep getting PR’s as soon as this done we file or soon as that done we file. There has been many of these since January 2020. Nothing gets filed. Why tell us those things when evidently things aren't ready to file yet. Don’t blame it on SMMG cause whatever they write would have to be ok’d by KW. They are pals. He’s writing what KW tells him to say.

Answer Mr. Waggoner does NOT have to ok articles written by SMMG. SMMG does NOT have to write what anyone else says.



Question 4. Now company has peddled a bunch of cheap shares for a penny or more. What was the thinking behind that. We seen earlier they had 4.9 million in bank from 10-K One other thing is why was 10-K late in reporting. Is our CFO overworked.

Answer Everyone in the Company works extremely hard all of the time!

Question 5. Last questioned in your opinion do you think the IND will be filed this year or are we possibly looking at 2021. I'm not asking a specific date... jus t a generalize question of YOUR OPINION.

Answer It will not be next year.
