The ""more news "before" the elections"" you read about was the accretive acquisition.

Since it was discussed in the pod cast by the CFO, it was obvious they were pursuing this for quite a while.

It was all made very clear to the listeners. Aphria does not want to run afoul of the stock exchanges so they won't buy a USA cannabis company. The synergistic benefit to that restriction is they won't over-pay a ridiculous cannabis premium multiple.

They'll buy a pharmaceutical related company. What wouldn't surprise me is if Aphria long ago hired an M&A firm to vet potential acquisitions.

Being confident enough to openly discuss the acquisition plan leads me to believe there are plenty of potential candidates, and announcing it was actually part of the "open negotiation" process.

The news and clarity when it is revealed should be a PPS stimulus.

Agree...I am positive Aphria will make a great decision...I sense a Master-Plan coming....I think I read where they will have more news for us "before" the elections even....
