It's not nonsense, and I didn't say this would happen to BRTXQ! I was replying to a question from a poster who wondered why a R/S (ANY R/S BY ANYBODY) would be considered negative. Read the thread. A R/S to uplist to a higher exchange is almost ALWAYS considered a huge POSITIVE!
