Notwithstanding, Avalon's rejection, the Company continues to evaluate options for a potential acquisition of all the Trust Units held by Avalon (or subsequently acquired by Montare), the working interests underlying the overriding royalty interests owned by the Trust, and operatorship thereof. The Company is also considering, among other things, a possible public tender offer that would offer PEDEVCO's publicly-traded common stock in exchange for the Trust Units not held by Avalon, which would not require any approval or support from the Trustee, Avalon, or Montare to consummate.

This is important statement.

The second offer to engage in conversations is standard open disclosure for ANY security/ies and no guarantee can occur either way. ERDA your damn brokerage account disclosures or any securities disclosure out there- NOBODY can state a guaranteed- it is illegal ! meaning, things are moving forward, the clarity release this early morning states this. But it also holds standard disclosure like every 10-K or 8-K or other such docs regarding financial transactions.

PROBLEMS out there are TOOD MAN MANY DYATRADER flipper types which SEC needs to reign in once and for all ! Supposed to be ending naked shorting/selling away altogether too !

REAL Investor are the ones who put their hard earned monies into such corps to grow and develop and become rewarded...

I have been invested in this company a few years now with initial shares in 20-30 cent range even ! I am glad I doubled my shares this past Monday before all of this came to be.. if and when PED establishes a dividend, it will really become interesting here...

Right now Market Watch analysts has $90.00/share target for 1 year on this company...
